My name is Carlos Alvarez and I have been a language teacher for more than 20 years. I have been settled on the north coast of the Dominican Republic for 15 years and during that time I have worked as a Spanish teacher for students who are mainly from Europe and North America. I am fluent in English and German. This makes learning easier in case these are you mother tongues. If not, no problem, because I can easily adjust to your language and we can make the learning of the language an interesting and fun activity!
My Spanish is neutral which means I have no regional accent. This makes it easier to understand and learn and, as many of my students dream is to travel to other Latin-American countries, with a neutral Spanish accent you will be better and more easily understood.
